Warranty Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: within 12 months of Purchase
This Warranty Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into between PLG Group Ltd (the “Retailer”) and the purchaser (“Customer”) of a computer product (the “Product”) sold by the Retailer.

Warranty Coverage PLG Group Ltd provides a limited warranty (“Warranty”) on the Product for a period of 12 Months from the date of purchase. The Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and conditions. This Warranty is only applicable to the original purchaser of the Product and is non-transferable.

Warranty Services During the Warranty Period, PLG Group Ltd will, at its discretion, either repair or replace any defective parts or the entire Product. PLG Group Ltd reserves the right to use new, refurbished, or reconditioned parts or Products in the repair or replacement process.

Exclusions The Warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
a. Unauthorized modifications or repairs made to the Product.
b. Misuse, abuse, negligence, or accidents.
c. Acts of nature, including but not limited to floods, fires, and earthquakes.
d. Use of the Product in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose or as described in the user manual.

Warranty Claim Procedure to initiate a warranty claim, the Customer must:
a. Contact PLG Group Ltd.’s customer support department at +233 242082373.
b. Provide the following information:
Customer name and contact details.
Product model and serial number.
Description of the defect or issue.
c. If necessary, ship the Product to PLG Group Ltd’s designated repair center as instructed by the customer support representative.
Please note that the Customer may be responsible for shipping and handling costs associated with returning the Product for warranty service.
Limitation of Liability PLG Group Ltd.’s liability under this Warranty shall be limited to the repair or replacement of the Product as described in Section 2. In no event shall PLG Group Ltd be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Product.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ghana. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.

By making a purchase from PLG Group Ltd, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions of this Warranty Agreement.
